You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email smarting1408@gmail.com with your order number or the email address you used at checkout.
If your forecast could not be generated, first reload your report link, since generation sometimes needs a second try. If it still does not appear, contact us and we will either fix it or refund you in full, even after 14 days.
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
