These terms apply to your use of K-Fortune (the “Service”), a website that provides readings based on Korean saju (Four Pillars of Destiny). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service calculates your four pillars, five-element balance and related information from the birth details you enter, and offers a free reading and a paid yearly forecast. Paid forecasts are written with the help of artificial intelligence based on your calculated chart.
Saju is a traditional cultural practice. Readings are provided for entertainment, reflection and cultural interest. They are not predictions of guaranteed outcomes and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. Do not make important decisions based only on a reading.
Paid forecasts cost $4.99 (USD) as a one-time purchase unless shown otherwise at checkout. Orders are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment, sales tax and invoices. Lemon Squeezy’s own terms also apply to your purchase.
After payment you receive a private link to your forecast. Anyone with the link can view the forecast, so keep it private if you do not want to share it. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. Enter only birth details you have the right to use. You may not copy, resell or automate access to the Service.
We calculate charts with care using the solar-term calendar, but results depend on the birth details you provide. Births close to a solar-term boundary or with an uncertain time or time zone may give a different chart.
The website, its design and its text belong to K-Fortune. You may keep, print and share your own reading and share card for personal, non-commercial use.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
